Qualifications
Sørig Group I/S builds all types of new control systems for machines and production facilities and for all walks of industry.
The controls are built according to customer wishes and dedicated specifications. This is our guarantee that the customer’s actual needs will be looked after 100%.

Sørig Group I/S may also take an active part in a customer’s company as an additional pair of hands for a period of time, subject to specific arrangement. This gives our customers a high degree of flexibility since we can contribute actively to one or more phases of a project.
PLC programming
Sørig Group I/S offers programming of all conventional PLC and micro-PLC systems for soft-PLC within the leading makes. Our main fields of expertise are:
- Allen Bradley
- Siemens
and we also offer programming in
- Omron
- Telemecanique
- Square D
However, we do not limit ourselves to merely these makes and also offer to use other makes according to customer wishes.
All our PLC programs are built in a structured manner, and of course in compliance with the Sørig Group I/S standard or any customer standards already applied to ensure optimum benefit of the PLC program for the customer.
To the extent possible, we build our programs according to a simple and logic ladder/Function Block programming procedure or in a step programming procedure thereby ensuring easy support after delivery.
Final control and FAT
All control panels and all software are subjected to careful final control tests and functional testing (Factory Acceptance Testing). If requested by the customer, the customer is of course invited to attend the test procedure to ensure delivery of the desired product before shipping and commissioning. During commissioning we offer to assist with running in procedures, if applicable.
HMI/SCADA programming
HMI
Sørig Group I/S conducts most of its programming processes using Allen Bradley and Siemens HMI panels. These are built in a structured manner and in compliance with customer standards. Alternatively, standard Faceplates are used, developed by Sørig Group I/S over the years. This procedure ensures identical panel user interfaces which match the SCADA interface as much as possible.
SCADA
Sørig Group I/S develop our SCADA systems in close consultation with our customers. In addition to this we also offer training of operational staff in the use of the SCADA systems we develop.
The SCADA systems mostly used by Sørig Group I/S come from Rockwell Software; however, software can also be developed using other systems, as per customer wishes.
Sørig Group I/S develops “Standalone”, ”Client/Server” as well as redundant solutions in the form of laptops, stationary workstations and panel PCs, as per customer wishes.
